Sobrieteam is made up of people moving in their own ways, at their own pace. Different paths. Shared intention. What connects us isn’t how we move; it’s that we move together.
Here’s to the visible miles and the unseen ones.

Willigness Matters More than Pace
Progress isn’t about speed or perfect consistency. It begins with willingness, even on low-motivation days. Showing up, whether for a walk or run, matters.
Community MakEs consistency possible
Change can be easier when it’s shared. Moving alongside others creates accountability, encouragement, and a sense of belonging.

I learned that I can't do life alone. Every step, every stumble forward matters. Progress doesn’t have to be loud or visible to be real. Showing up does.

Why Sobrieteam?
Sobrieteam started from my own recovery journey and realizing I couldn’t do life alone. It’s built for anyone who’s ever felt isolated while trying to become a better version of themselves.
Is Sobrieteam a recovery program?
No. Sobrieteam is not a treatment center or affiliated with any recovery organization. It’s simply a community built around movement, honesty, and showing up for one another.
Do I have to be sober to join?
Not at all. Sobrieteam is for anyone pursuing sobriety, simply trying to build a healthier relationship with themselves, or has had they know who's been affected by addiction/isolation.
Is this just for men?
No. Sobrieteam is for anyone seeking connection, accountability, and support. Everyone belongs here.
What happens at meetups?
Currently, Sobrieteam is centered around weekly recovery walks. Bit by bit, we hope to grow into more events and activities. No pressure. No forced sharing. Just real people spending time together.
Do I need to talk about addiction, recovery, or isolation?
No. Some people come to listen, some come to talk, and some just come to walk. There’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to share.
